Hello My Name Is...

Holly Oravet

I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Auburn University with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, and the University of North Alabama with an Education Specialist degree in Elementary Education.  I have been teaching for thirteen years in Alabama, Georgia, and South Korea.

I am married to Chris Oravet, who teaches at Calera Middle School, and we have two children.  Caroline is 8 years old and she is in 3rd grade.  Patrick is 6 years old and he is in 1st grade.  I love spending time with my family and traveling.

I am looking forward to a fantastic year teaching fourth grade at Pelham Ridge!  Go Panthers!
