Honored by school system leaders and the Pelham City Schools Board of Education in front of a packed meeting, it was a special night celebrating some truly outstanding accomplishments across Pelham City Schools!

Today our students showed up in full vacation style for Day 2 of Read Across America! From sunglasses and sun hats to tropical shirts and travel gear, everyone was ready to “travel” the world — because books can take us anywhere! 🌎

Today was Mismatched Day and our students absolutely understood the assignment! From wild socks to crazy color combos, they showed up and showed out.
We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! Books can take you anywhere — to the beach, the mountains, a big city, or even around the world!Dress like you’re headed on vacation! Break out your tropical shirts, sunglasses, hats, or favorite travel gear and show us where reading can take you!
As always, school dress code will be enforced.

📅 Next Wednesday is the LAST day to qualify!
Students who reach 80% accuracy will be entered into a drawing for a spot on the team!

We’re competing to complete the most Finn’s Missions by Monday.If we win, our school will earn an extra $100 for new PE equipment to support our school community.
But that’s not all… When you complete Finn’s Mission, you will:
*Raise funds to help kids with special hearts and earn an exclusive Lifesaver Cape
*Be entered for a chance to win 2 tickets to Super Bowl LXI in 2027
*Help our school earn entries toward a $10,000 fitness equipment makeover for every 18 completions
*Learn Hands-Only CPR and how to recognize the warning signs of a stroke
